Because we use PayPal to process all of our orders and fatfreecartpro and e-junkie to host our shopping cart, you can shop with the security of knowing that we never even see your credit or debit card information.

We may use your email address to send you updates on our new products and service, however you can easily unsubscribe from the newsletters at any time. Where any agreement for the provision of services is cancelled or postponed by you ‘The Client’ the company shall be entitled to claim payment as follows:
- Cancellation or postponement more than 28 days before the provision of the agreed services – no fee
- Cancellation or postponement between 14 and 28 days before the provision of the agreed services – 50% of the fee
- Cancellation or postponement within 14 days of the provision of the agreed services – 100% of the fee
If you are unhappy with your e-learning purchase for any reason then we are happy to refund your money as long as certain conditions have been met. There may be an administration fee charged if you have already logged into the Dynamic Learning Hub. Additionally, if you have completed the course we hold the right to refuse a refund. This claim must be raised within seven days of purchasing the course.
